A unique wall lamp for the personal and cozy home
The Cenora wall lamp made of hand-folded paper is an extremely light and pleasant little lamp that can be installed in countless places in the home where elegant, clear and at the same time soft, indirect light is needed.
The lamp’s expression is both graphic and slightly romantic at the same time and gives associations to flowers, ice crystals or perhaps someone will see that the lamp – as a modern version – sends thoughts back to the colored retro glass ceiling lamps of the 1970s. Place the lamp solo by the small coffee table, above a sideboard, next to the bedside table, along a staircase or in the entrance hall. Alternatively, several can be put together in a group and preferably in combination with Cenora large, which is a beautiful partner that complements and varies slightly in shape from this small model.
The Cenora wall lamp is folded from a strong, specially produced 3-layer paper with a fine and light structure that is noticeable when the lamp is switched on (see closeup photo below). The lamp, like the other lamps from Sonobe Light, has a completely characteristic and unique light pattern which can be seen due to the many folds and layers of paper. In the lightest parts of the lamp, you can see through a single layer of paper – in other places through as many as 11 layers.
The Cenora lamp is delivered complete with 3m fabric cord, plug and built-in LED light (3000K). The suspension frame is easily mounted on the wall with the supplied screw, after which the screen is hung over the suspension.
